Uniforms

At Kingdom Kids Learning Centre, our school uniform policy is designed to promote a neat, modest, and cohesive appearance while ensuring students are comfortable and appropriately dressed for daily activities. Parents are responsible for ensuring their child adheres to the uniform guidelines each day.

Uniform Guidelines

Uniform Tops

  • Students are required to wear a light blue polo shirt featuring the Kingdom Kids Learning Centre crest.

  • Uniform shirts can be ordered through the school at the parent/guardian’s expense.

  • Only white undershirts may be worn under uniform tops.

Uniform Bottoms

  • Students must wear navy blue bottoms, which may include:

    • Pants

    • Shorts (must not be shorter than two inches above the knee)

    • Skorts/skirts (for female students only, must not be shorter than two inches above the knee)

    • If skirts are worn, students must wear black or navy blue shorts underneath.

  • Cargo pants or shorts are not permitted.

  • Bottoms may be purchased from any store. We recommend Old Navy or Children’s Place.

Sweaters & Outerwear

  • Only black, navy or light blue cardigans or zip-up sweaters may be worn over uniform shirts indoors.

  • Students must wear appropriate outerwear during fall, winter and spring months, including hats, scarves, and gloves. Students who are not appropriately dressed for the weather will not be permitted to go outdoors for their safety.

Footwear & Socks

  • Students must wear closed-toe shoes that are appropriate for school activities, including outdoor play and trips to the park.

  • Flip-flops, clogs, slippers, wheelies, light-up/LED shoes, and sandals are not permitted.

  • Socks must be worn at all times.

Dress Code Compliance

  • The school uniform must be worn at all times when attending school and during any school-related outings, including trips to the park.

    • Failure to do so may result in your child being refused entry at drop-off or sent home.

  • It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure that their child is appropriately dressed every day.

  • Dress code violations will result in verbal and written warnings, with parent/teacher conferences scheduled as necessary.
