Admissions Criteria
At Kingdom Kids Learning Centre, we are committed to providing a personalized, faith-based education that nurtures both academic excellence and spiritual growth. Our admissions process is designed to ensure that our learning environment aligns with the needs of each child and the values of their family.
Eligibility Requirements
To enrol, students must meet the following criteria:
Age Requirement:
Children must be at least 3 years old to enrol in our early learning program. Some exceptions can be made for younger children who are potty trained and able to adapt to a classroom setting.
We accept students up to Grade 8.
Commitment to a Christ-Centered Education:
Kingdom Kids Learning Centre is a Christian private school, and families should support our mission of integrating biblical principles with academics.
Parents/guardians must agree to partner with us in fostering their child’s spiritual and character development.
Academic Readiness and Placement:
New students will undergo an academic assessment to determine their current learning level and appropriate placement.
Since we use the Accelerated Christian Education (ACE) system, students will be placed according to their individual progress rather than traditional grade levels.
Parental Involvement:
We believe that education is a collaborative effort between the school and the family. Parents are encouraged to stay actively engaged and participate in their child's learning journey.
Special Learning Needs:
As we strive to support diverse learners, we welcome students with mild to moderate learning needs.
Families of children with special learning requirements should discuss their child's needs during the application process to determine how/if we can best provide individualized support.
Application Process
Submit an Application: Complete the online or paper application form and provide all required documentation.
Family Interview: Parents/guardians will meet with our principal to discuss educational goals and ensure a good fit, as well as tour our facilities.
Academic Assessment: New students will take an assessment to determine their learning level.
Enrolment Decision: Families will receive an official acceptance notification along with next steps for enrollment.
